It’s a miracle, I am finally able to send pic texts.  Now some might not understand my excitement so allow me to explain.

Google voice & text messaging

I Can Send Pic Text

For years I was only able to send my clients a quick (sms) text but no pic’s because I have a Google voice number. The app simply did not allow or have an option for you to insert a picture.

I know I would like to have pic’s sent while I was gone. My workaround was to include a picture in my email notes to my clients.

Google voice & Hangouts

Google Hangouts and Google Voice are now “playing a little nicer together” or so they say. In the last few days, I spent hours going around and around in circles trying to get this to work. Google you are driving me batty…but I will not let you win!

Pic Text Integration – Successful

In the last year or so, carriers such as Sprint implemented the ability to send pic’s (mms) using Google Voice but not my carrier.

I want my clients to get pic’s texts so I simply refused to quit until I got this to work.

What does this mean for pet care clients?

You get to see more pictures of your pets.  Yay!
