HTWT started after taking care of a military member’s dog for 1-2 months. I enjoyed caring for him so much that I did not want to "give him back." They saw our love for each other and from that point on I was his permanent care taker. It was then that I knew I had to start my business on a full time basis.

Health, especially alternative, has been an interest of mine for years. I am constantly reading articles to gain more knowledge to provide excellent care to client’s pets. Becoming a Rep. for a natural health co. has only helped increase my knowledge of health issues, supplements, and how chemicals have an effect on our pets & our bodies. Knowing their cleaners safe to use around pets, really puts me at ease.

The owner of HTWT has been a life long pet owner.  Those pets include fish, hamsters, parakeets, dogs and a cat. Currently, I own own a large breed dog that I adopted while working with a rescue organization.

I have volunteered with the North County Humane Society & Pretties with Pitties. A member of several pet associations, an avid reader of many pet message boards, pet or pet sitting magazines, industry related articles such as how to break up a dog fight, attend seminars such as dog fear & aggression and classes such as pet first aid.
