There have been many developments in state rabies laws across the country in which The Rabies Challenge Fund has had a leading role: Cheyenne, Wyoming; Wichita, Kansas, the State of Arkansas -- the most recent being the State of Alabama passing a 3 year law with medical exemption clause and Rhode Island's Rabies Control Board passing a 3 year protocol with medical exemption.
